**ODTouch 25 App Released** (backported to 25.4)

- Updated interface, including accessibility options and dark mode

**Family Module**

- Overhauled window layout for Edit Insurance Plan
- In the Insurance History window, categories can be customized using Code Groups
- In Edit Benefits, age limits support tooth numbers

**Account Module**

- In the Edit Adjustment window, adjustments can be created using a Percent of Fee
- In the Payment window, added an Invoice filter to the Outstanding Charges grid
- In the Edit Claim window, when receiving any claim, users are now prompted to send other related outstanding claims
- Overhauled Service Date View for the Patient Account grid
- New preference to prevent or allow backdating of Repeating Charges

**Chart Module**

- In the Group Note window, added second signature box
- New display field option to show Gender in the Chart Patient Information area

**Imaging Module**

- Added Patient View for BetterDiagnostics annotations
- Added new preference to allow Javascript when viewing PDFs in the Imaging Module

**Manage Module**

- In Chat Settings, added an option to play an audible notification for new messages
- The Chat tool launches automatically if the logged-on user has unread messages
- Enhanced claim validation for Electronic Dental Services (EDS) clearinghouse
- In the Billing List, Dunning Messages and Templates now support HTML

**Lists**

- In the Employees List, added new field for Title
- In the Carriers list, procedures can be flagged by carrier to flag for preauthorizations
- In the Problems List, users can select the problem to keep when merging

**Setup**

- In the Edit Automation window, there is a new condition for clinic mismatch when completing a procedure
- Mobile-only static text fields added for Sheets Mobile Layout
- Adj Type Definitions allow setting a default percentage
- New preference _Make Recall automatically searches for openings_ (also backported to 25.4.50)
- Overhauled layout for Web Form Setup and moved settings into separate windows
- Added options for insurance history to Code Groups
- Moved _Default Prov for Unassigned_ setting from Schedule Setup to Preferences and renamed to _Default provider for unassigned operatories_
- Added a search bar to Allergy Setup

**Tools**

- Unique PlanNum is now logged in the Audit Trail when dropping an insurance plan
- Changes to patient Birthdate are logged in the Audit Trail
- Patient Portal Transactions window renamed to Payment Portal Transactions
- _SchedulesDeleteDuplicateBlockouts_ check added to replace the standalone _Clear Duplicate Blockouts_ tool
- Added new Database Maintenance check to fix missing allergy definitions

**eServices**

- In the eClipboard Brandings window, logo images are now uploaded to the database
- New alerts added to notify users when eConnector firewall rules cannot be automatically created
- Default provider selection can be set for Web Sched Existing Patient

- Added logging options for troubleshooting the Pearl AI Integration
- For Canada Users, Other Procedure Codes tools now require a password
- Topaz signature pads are compatible with Open Dental Cloud (also backported to 25.4.45)
